Disc Brake Upgrades
Disc brakes on an RV offer superior stopping power and performance compared to traditional drum brakes, making them a worthwhile upgrade for safety and reliability, especially for heavy loads or frequent use. While they may be more expensive initially, the enhanced stopping ability, better heat dissipation, and reduced maintenance make them a better long-term investment.
Pricing will depend on whether your RV has tandem or triple axles, as well as the axle weight rating.
We work with multiple distributors, giving us the flexibility to find products that match both your budget and your travel goals.
- More Consistent Braking: Disc brakes provide a more predictable and responsive feel when braking, even under heavy loads or in challenging conditions.
- Better Head Dissipation: Disc brakes handle heat buildup more effectively, reducing the risk of brake fade (loss of braking power) during extended or heavy braking, which is crucial for towing heavy RVs.
- Short Stopping Distances: In general, disc brakes offer shorter stopping distances compared to drum brakes, enhancing safety, particularly in emergency situations.

Suspension Upgrades
RV suspension upgrades enhance safety, comfort, and handling by reducing sway, improving stability,
No matter what product you hope to get, we will be able to offer competitive pricing for the products and find a system that will make you happy and comfortabe on the road.
- Improved Handling: Can significantly reduce body roll, making turns and lane changes smoother and more stable, especially when encountering crosswinds or passing large vehicles.
- Enhanced Comfort:Better shocks and springs can absorb bumps and vibrations more effectively, providing a smoother ride and reducing driver fatigue.
- Increased Stability:Upgraded suspension components can minimize side-to-side movement and tail wag, improving stability, particularly when driving on uneven terrain or in windy conditions.
- Reduced Wear and Tear:By absorbing road shock and distributing weight more evenly, suspension upgrades can help protect your RV's frame and other components from damage, potentially extending their lifespan and reducing maintenance costs.
- Enhanced Safety:Upgraded suspension can improve your RV's ability to handle sudden movements, such as those caused by potholes or strong winds, contributing to a safer driving experience.

Disc Brake and Suspension Installation
While some RV owners may choose to install products themselves, our expert team of Certified RV Technicians is here to ensure your brake and suspension upgrades are done right. We don’t just help you choose the best components for your rig — we make sure they’re installed safely and correctly, so you can hit the road with confidence.

Bearing Repack
Regular repacking should be done every year or 12,000 miles. A crucial maintenance task with significant functions and benefits. Bearings support the trailer’s weight and allow the wheels to spin freely with minimal friction. Over time, grease breaks down or becomes contaminated, leading to increased heat and wear. Repacking involves cleaning out old grease, inspecting components, and applying fresh grease to maintain proper lubrication.

Brake and Suspension Repairs
We all dread those unexpected breakdowns on the side of the road. While our main focus is helping prevent those emergencies through proper maintenance and upgrades, we’re also here when things don’t go as planned. If your RV leaves you stranded, you can count on us for prompt, reliable repair support. And if we’re unable to meet you in person, we’ll do our best to guide you through the situation over the phone—so you're never left without help.
Due to weight of motorhome RVs (Class A and Class C) we are unable to provide services to brakes and suspension.
